Server to EE job migration - Missing columns action in EE?

Greetings,
Trying to migrate DataStage server jobs ported to 11.5 and in all the Server source Sequential File stages I see on the output tab they have set the Missing column action to "Pad with SQL NULL". How to I do the same thing in the EE (parallel) job? I don't see that option on the parallel SF stage.. Maybe I have to do something different to achieve the same result?
Same question on the Default Padding option where the default is #
