How to "automate" generating a custom wrapped stag

I have created a new custom wrapped stage and now have to import it to LOTS of other projects and environments. I plan to write a script that will loop through all the projects and import the stage. But, it also has to be GENERATEd before it can be used.

Can the generate be done from the command line somehow also?
