Director Job Monitor Status Shows Unknown

Hi Friends,

While viewing the job monitor from the Director, for all the stages the status is shown as Unknown and the Num rows is 0. But the job is successfully completed. But the coresponding sequence aborts as it gets the link count from the job which completed with status Unknown.

We tried restarting the server ..but still this problem persists.

Could you please suggest solution to this.

So... is this a problem with one specific job only? If so, can you describe the job? If not and these are parallel jobs, have you confirmed that jobmonapp is running?

Hi

1st check Jobmon is running or not. if not running please start jobmon alone instead of full server reboot.

Hi Chullet,

No..Each time it fails at different jobs when rerunning.

Yes, we checked the jobmonapp is running and there is no any warning message such that jobmonapp is not running.

Please suggest...

Unless those jobs all have something in common which could help trouble-shoot this issue, I would suggest involving your official support provider.
