Field 'column name' has keyprep export buffer overrun error

What's different about the servers or how they are configured or how Information Server and/or DataStage are configured?

"Nothing" is not the correct answer.

corrected metadata and selected equal length at both side

And did that resolve the problem? Was the same change required on the other server?
