Did your purchase the product or want to install in "unofficially" ?

Anyone providing that will be violating their terms of agreement.

Your company should and must supply the product for you, IBM spend two Billion dollars to purchae Informix/Ascential Software, what make you think you can have it for free?

Suddenly we're a warez site? WTF.

On the off chance you are a legitimate user and just confused as to where to go for that information, check with the company you work for, the one that legitimately provided you with their licensed software - they'll have the appropriate credentials.

That information should come on documentation from the vendor from whom DataStage was purchased, ultimately from IBM. In exchange, I might add, for money.

Post your exact error message, for anybody to help you out.
If you already have the information use the same, since it would be specific to your company.

If your company is using UNIX-based servers, then the authentication information will not be correct for your Windows-based server installation.
