Configuration Changes? DB2 switch from TCP to SSL, new port#

Hi all,
SSL encryption has been enabled in our DB2 instance and we were given a new SSL port number. Current TCP port is still open and we are still connecting using TCP port but it will be disabled in a month so we need to switch over to connecting using SSL port. We were also given a root certificate.
What application configuration changes need to be applied? I will appreciate if someone points me to right direction.
