IIS db2 installation with existing user account

I am trying to install IIS 11.5 with existing user account to create DB2 as well. However, when I am trying to pass the user ID s118342 I am getting this error message

has anyone encountered this error before ? do you know what could be a solution that I can try here?CDIIN2008E: The ID domain users is too long. enter an ID that is 8 characters or fewer
