Hi All,

I am facing below error while installing fix pack for 87version on my PC. Any suggestions please?

java.io.FileNotFoundException: xxxx\87\InformationServer\MCM\ClientSwitcherService.exe (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.)

still there after a reboot?

yes i tried rebooting but the process was automatically starting with even reboot. I checked the process and manually killed it, retriggered the install and it got success.
