FYI - The solr, kafka and zookeeper would not run on my 11.5 system. Worked with IBM support and the ports did not get setup. Support reported the /etc/bin/dc utility was not installed and caused error.

Hope this helps someone. We spent over 3 weeks working with support to finally get a working session and find the issue.
