Remove Engine Tier Manually

Hi,

Our environment has one environment hosting the services and metadata tiers. We then have two separate environments hosting an engine tier each.

When trying to install a third engine tier on a new environment a failure occurs.

Completed the following the manual uninstall (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgece ... ml?lang=en)

Install now complains about the engine already being registered in the WAS. I can also see the new engine name in the DS Console drop down.

Any idea how to remove the engine registration from the WAS/XMETA tier so that the re-installation can continue? Restarting the WAS/XMETA tier ideally would not need to be done.
