Migration from Windows 7.5 to AIX 8.7

We are performing a migration of our Windows 7.5 server to a new AIX 8.7 server and PX machine.

I intend to do the following
1) Check jobs for Windows dependant path names
2) Modify DS Administrator parameters to be AIX compliant
3) Look through the routines to find and replace/rewrite DSExecute commands
4) Reconfigure the ODBC.ini, dsenv

Is there anything that I have missed ?

Is it necessary to convert all of the text file stages from Dos output to Unix output ?
