7.5.1A is a standard release, but does not compile or run parallel jobs on Windows platforms.
7.5x2 is a variant of version 7.5.1.1 and is the only pre-8.0 version that can compile and run parallel jobs on Windows platforms. Version 7.5x2 is not available for UNIX, Linux or USS platforms.
The "x" is part of the version number. To make things less clear, there is also a standard release called 7.5.2. This is not the same as 7.5x2.
