DataStage Credentials - Page cannot be displayed

Hi All,

I installed IBM information Server, configured the credentials as mentioned in the installation document. I was able to login into datastage. Then I had to restart my machine, suddenly I started getting the following error message while logging to datastage :

"No DataStage Credentials were found on the domain"

As per my understanding this error happens only when you dont have right credentials defined, so I went back to IIS web console to check if everything is fine there.

I was able to log into IIS web console, clicked on DataStage Credentials. It showed me the server name. I selected it and when I clicked on "User Configuration". It showed me the "page cannot be displayed error " only in that specific area.

I tried following to resolve this issue:

1. Checked all the services are running (IBM Websphere application v6, DB2 services)
2. Stopped Popup blocker in IE
3. Lowered all the security in IE
4. Deleted cookies

Websphere and Datastage server are not able to talk to each other

You datastage credentials might have got corrupted OR there is a coredump

What version of IE are you running?

I am using IE 6.0.37, SP1.

Anyways, I had to reinstall everything again and now it is working fine. It does not look like IE issue as it is working fine now.

If I come across the same issue again. I will try the suggestion mentioned below.
