Thanks DSXchange for starting a forum like this as it is help us lot,
well i am a fresher and joined an IT company 5months back,It is my first job and i was asked to work on DataStage Tool with little bit of training as i don't have any experience in ETL Tools ,this forum was suggested to me by one of my collegue and i started posting my querries to this forum,
I am part of the team doing ETL for Peoplesoft using Ascential Datastage,
I am using Metastage also for Data integration from various Tools,Peoplesoft,Datastage ETL data etc
This forum helped me lot in learning these Tools(Ascential Data Stage and MetaStage)

we are doing gr8 job by sharing our knowledge ,
