import file sections (clarification on 5th section)[RazzaDS]

I found a discrepancy between the RazzaDS documentation and the product version 4.7. I don't have a clear understanding of what the final section (after Version, Hierarchy, Node, and Relationship) is.
The documentation I have refers to the final section as "Property", says it "contains non-structural node property values" and lists one required column: "Node Name". This differs from the import dialog that refers to the final section as "Hierarchy Node" and has two required columns: "HierName" and "Node"
So what is that final section? It has the same available properties as the Node section except for the addition of "HierName" which is required in that section but not the Node section. How does it differ from the Node section?
