IA rule failing due to agent

Hi All,
I have created project in IA and validated my JDBC connection through IMAM and also through Analysis settings everything is valid .But when i tried to create rule and execute that i am facing issue saying the agent is not available.
Fyi I also have stopped and started ASB agent and DS engine still i am facing this issue.Could you please assist me on this?
