IA thin client - data set level analysis screen

I am on 11.5.0.2 with Service Pack 1 as an Administrator and can log into the IA thin client. I have a project setup with metadata imported, and have run column analysis using the IA workbench.
Step 1 in the "Adding rules in InfoSphere Information Analyzer thin client" web page ( https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgece ... _daui.html ) says, "From the data set level analysis screen, click Add rule from toolbar. You will see the Add a rule dialog."
What is meant by "the data set level analysis screen" and how does one navigate to it?
Where is the "Add a rule dialog" located?
