Can anyone tell me where to find Manage Folders (for Data Quality artefacts)? I have all Information Analyzer roles, but can't find this piece.

Here is the 11.3.x answer...

Open an IA project in the console (thick client).
Click the Develop icon on the Navigator menu in the console.
Select Data Quality.
Under Tasks (on the right side), click Manage Folders.

If you're unable to see or click those options, then you may need additional security roles granted. There are a number of roles related to authoring, using, and managing data rules, etc.

If you really do have all IA roles, then Manage Folders should appear at the top of the Tasks menu of the Data Quality workspace.

Might it be that you were granted the roles when already logged in to IA? You will need to quit IA and re-enter to pick up the changed roles.
