What's new in IA 11.5 compared to 8.7?

From a data steward perspective (assuming column analysis has already been done), what's the difference between the two versions? Also, is the thin client version built in to the v11.5 package?

Massive improvements in many areas, including the thin client!
Also, 8.7 goes end of support on April 30th 2017

Check out the Knowledge Center for each version since 8.7 to see the 'New features'. For example, here is 9.1 (change the drop-down box to see other versions).
