Can someone please outline the process for connecting Information Analyzer to a Neteeza data source? There does not appear to be an ODBC driver for Netezza installed with the Information Server suite.

Connecting IA to Netezza
Generally, the native connector stage is preferred over ODBC. I always reserve ODBC as a second choice. Try using the IBM Netezza Connector. You should be able to setup a connection from IMAM, or from IA via the Import Metadata task, which takes you to IMAM.

Alternatively if you want to use odbc driver to connect to netezza, then you need to install netezza client first on your datastage engine machine. Once you install netezza client, the odbc driver will be installed along with it for netezza. Use that driver and define a connection in .odbc.ini file for netezza connectivity.
