Saving rules gets hanged for 30 to 40 seconds

We are facing performance issues with Information Analyzer in our environment. When we try to navigate its fine, but when we try to save rules the screen gets hanged for 30 to 40 seconds. The navigation is as usual but when we save our work that's when we are facing issues.

InfoSphere Information Server version 8.7
AIX Platform
Env - Distributed

Highly appreciated if I can get directions to troubleshoot this issue. Thanks

You will probably want to open a PMR if you already on the most recent patch and roll-up...
