way to filter out empty tables

Post by qt_ky »

Suppose I point IA 8.7 to import all metadata from a database having 600+ tables then run column analysis jobs on all columns and all tables. Then I find out perhaps 400 tables are empty. Is there any simple way to avoid all the clutter and filter out all the empty tables, either before or after import and column analysis, so I would be left with only tables I care about?

Can't think of one. On the other hand, profiling empty table doesn't take very long!
