Overwrite rule value for colum value when using run function

Hi All,
I created a MAP that insert a vlue inside an ODBC Table.
This is working. The record rule value is = 11
Now, I would like to call my map and overvrite this value by another
/*Start to log messages*/
+Run("Map_Write_Message_Id"
+"????????????=2'")
Are Datastage able to do this ???
