How to pick the error logged by any failed job on any seq

Hi I have one sequencer which have four jobs all are running one after other. now i am using error handling in this job. In error Handling i m using 1) Exception handler ---> 2)one job which logs error in file ----3)Terminate

Now my question is

If one of my job fails then is it possible to pick that failure message by sequencer logged by failed job.
if yes then please help me how.
