Restart(Start and Stop) IBM Information Server

As there are few recommendation befroe stopping the Datasatge server , Is there any check list need to refer before stopping IBM Information Server.
Do we need to Stop the following services also before stop the IIS

ASB Agent, Logging Agent, DataStage Telnet Service, DSRPC Server, and DataStage Engine Resource Service.

Please suggest.
