Where to download the server engine for WSTX 8.2?

I can't find a download for the Launcher that runs on the server. Anyone? Windows OS.

Thanks. I downloaded it and installed it but it doesn't show up in the Services list. Not sure why.

Did you download WTX with Launcher or just the Design Studio?

WTX with Launcher. We've had the design studio for a few months now.
