Performance wise which one is faster : read/write from/to oracle table OR
read/write from/to .ds.

Hi Raj,
I have never tested this or measured it so my comments are a gut feel. As
long as you have configured your config file and resource diskS well to
maximise IO, I would say Dataset.

It would to hard to test though, give it a try.
