Limit income stream

Post by admin »

The output stage has a panel for the WHERE clause. I use DB2 or Oracle stages. Go to Output panel. Then go to SQL panel in v5 or BUILD in v7. Those are the two versions that I have experience with.

Misters,
I need to limit a query (like adding a where clause) based on a value from another DB.
How can I do it?
Tks,
Alex

Alex you can use temporary Universe tables to stage data from 2 different
databases and then join them with your where clause.

Sutton,
but how can I, in that Where clause panel, reference a value from another
source (another DB)?
Tks,
Alex
