Stopping DS Job

Post by admin »

We have DS v7.0 in Windows 2000.

A job was started from Designer and can't be stopped using Director\Job\Stop. I have used Director|Job\Clean Up Resources to release the locks, but cannot stop the Job. The UVSH is still visible in Win2000 Task Manager.
I've been to dsxchange, but I couldn't find recommended process.

With DS v5.0, if I killed from Windows, then we needed to reboot the server before we could re-compile or re-run the job.

I just changed the job to put in a Before Command and the command is incorrect.
