We are doing what looks like a fairly simple extract from Unidata on an HP to an Oracle database on NT. On the NT server, we are getting the following Event Detail (Event ID 1004) several times per hour:
"UniVerse error: Unhandled Exception raised at address 0x78001799: Access violation. Attempted to write to address 0x312A6804. Binary data is processor CONTEXT structure."
The raised address is consistent in every error. The write address changes each time. We have already tried re-installing Datastage. Any help in solving this would be greatly appreciated.

NT Error in Event Log
The first thing I would do is monitor the virtual memory usage while the job is running. It could be a simple as running out of virtual memory (ie increase the size of your page file)
NT is supposed to, but does not always log a message in the system event log when it runs low on virtual memory.
How much memory and page file do you have on the NT server? What version of Oracle are you running?
If this does not help, let me know. We currently run 4 instances of Oracle and 3 DataStage projects (and some other stuff too) on a single NT server.
