MetaRecon Problem number 88 (URGENT)

Hi
when trying to import data from a IBM(as400) odbc data source i get a error as follows :
ODBC Meta Data Loader Done.
Problem number 88: The server program was terminated unexpectedly.
Please call Metagenix technical support.
Press OK to continue; if needed, any related
ANY SUGGESTIONS

I would definitely call Ascential Support. I don't have access to the "Problem Numbers" to know what they mean. Ascential does not publish them like Oracle, IBM, etc.
