We've implemented a Business Glossary (version 8.7). Management has requested that we put out an FAQ for our users, answering frequently-asked questions about Business Glossary. Even things as simple as "what's this open book icon in my system tray?"

In the spirit of trying not to re-invent the wheel, may I ask whether anyone else has already developed such a list?
