FATAL: license config file reading error

Hi All,
I have Quality stage 7.5 installed in Unix and I'm trying to run a job got few stages, but it failed in the first step with the error the following error in the log file
IEFBR14(5019):Fri May 2 14:37:40 2008 LOG: $Build: (SINGLE)RELEASE iefbr14_7_5_0_8_050216_14:54:16 $
IEFBR14(5019):Fri May 2 14:37:40 2008 LOG: Start
IEFBR14(5019):Fri May 2 14:37:40 2008 LOG: LOCALE is: C C C C C C
IEFBR14(5019):Fri May 2 14:37:40 2008 (MSG_vprog.c:31; vprog.c:729) FATAL: license config file reading error
IEFBR14(5019):Fri May 2 14:37:40 2008 (MSG_vutils.c:13; vutils.c:1287) ERROR: vexit status=1
I have ran this job in windows and i didn't have issues, so I'm not sure if I'm having a configuration problem here or permssiion problem or what exactly
your help is highly appreciated.
