Phantom error

Phantom error

Hi all
i hit the error :
"DataStage Job 3094 Phantom 24845
Unable to open "/tmp/capture57558aa" file.
Attempting to Cleanup after ABORT raised in stage TalismanMinH..TABLENME_MinH
DataStage Phantom Aborting with @ABORT.CODE = 3"

Any idea?

Sounds like /tmp is full, or maybe you don't have write permission to /tmp (an unusual way to configure a UNIX system).

How about the file already exists with no execute permitions or file is locked?

hey search this forum for how to solve the phantom error.
just go to &PH& directory and see the Process running file you might get some idea what exactly the error is.
