New install of 7.5.3 not working correctly

I try importing table defitions and I get "Unable to initialize plugin"

What did we not set up correctly? Should we reinstall the Oracle plugin?

Do you have the Oracle CLI installed on the Datastage server? You need this if you are accessing oracle by the Oracle plugin.

Otherwise setup your ODBC to access the oracle environment and try importing the metadata by ODBC.

You may need to register the Oracle plug-in.
