Hi,
This is regarding the AVI stage in Qualitystage. We have 6 options for the value Minimum Verification level

0
1 - Administrative Area
2 - Locality
3 - Thoroughfare
4 - Premise or building
5 - Delivery point, Post office box, Sub building


Any tips on suggesting which one should we select?
I did a quick validation with addresses for USA, Turkey, Romania and Czech.
I could see that for Turkey, Romania and Czech 0,1,2 and 3 gave same results. 4 and 5 could not standardize the address, means, Address_QSAV field was blank.

For USA 4 and 5 are working fine, means it is able to standardize the input address. So how does this work?
Any inputs would be really helpful. Thank you.

Different countries have different levels of verification available. As you note, the US and Canada (and Australia) allow quite fine-grained verification. This is not the case in various other countries. It's mostly a function of how much detail the postal authorities make available.

We have addresses of more than 200+ countries.
Do we have any source which suggests which level to use for a country?
Or should we have to manually test addresses of each country to come to a conclusion? Any suggestions, please.

You can ask for level 5 for every country, it's just that you may not get it. You will get the best level that's available for the country currently being processed.
