Quality Stage Reference match help

We have source data coming in person table , as part of initial load process , I standardized and did unduplicate process to categorize master, duplicate and residual records and finally loaded into customer master table.

During incremental load process I am using reference match stage to compare customer master data (which is loaded during initial load) versus new/changed person data.

I am using match type Many-to-one Multiple to get master, duplicate and residual datasets records after unduplication using reference matchstage.
But I am getting master and residual datasets. When I load master data into some temporary table
I saw duplicate records. I expected one record should go to master data and rest should go to duplicate dataset.

I also tried with other options Many-to-one & Many-to-one Duplicate

Please advice me to correct this.

What columns are used for blocking and matching in reference match specification?

What are your cut-off values? Change the cut-off values and see if that gives you the desired output.
