Error when doing test string for rule set

below is the files for ruleset MYID
MYID.CLS
MYID.DCT
MYID.PAT


After i create a new rule sets. Then i double click on the .SET file , it pop out a windows. Then i copy paste the text according to the file format.
After that i enter the test string , then i click testing...after a while then my QS is automatically close...

Then i check at the event viewer in windows. then i saw there is a error occured after i click the test string.

Memory issue ?
Actually im running the QS in vmware and i assigned 3gb ram on it.
