Cannot create distinct user define data type on IDA

Hello people.
I want to create user defined data types on IDA, into a physical model, but when i try:
- Distinct type option is unable to click.
- Line type is enabled, but not working(nothing happens when i click).
- Structured works, but i cant change sql type into properties.
Someone have any ideias on how fix it?
There is a requirement to use user defined Data Types?
