Business Glossary Browser Message ID = 433

The very first time I open Business Glossary Browser it throws an error.
Business Glossary wrote:Unable to perform this action.
If you need assistance, please contact your Administrator or Technical Support
(Message ID = 433)
I have Administrator, Author and User roles for Business Glossary, and can successfully work with the glossary in the Web Console. The same error occurs when authenticating as isadmin.

Does anyone know what message ID 433 is, where I can find more information about it (there nothing in on-line help or in either of the Business Glossary manuals, and searching DSXchange also failed to provide anything useful)?

IBM support have called this "a generic unexpected error" and are reviewing logs from our system, especially bg.log.

More news as it comes to hand.

I got the same error message - did IBM solve it?
