IBM Information Server V8

Im installing IBM Information Server v8.0 on a 6 yr old Solaris SPARC machine. Details -
SPARC has four processors 450Mhz each and 32 bit.
Current Memory -
1. Physical - ~4GB
2. SWAP - ~4GB
Disk Space available - ~10GB
The System requirements for engine are -
1. 4-8GB memory for engine
2. ~2GB memory for client
3. ~7GB disk space for engine/server.
Do you think this could be a successful installation? Im very incofident due to processor speeds and memory size.
Does IS need 64 bit for installation ?
