Hi,
We are trying to use a DS job as web service.
where as there I have came across some steps in documents .

When I am following them I am not able to create an Information services project using the "IBM InfoSphere Information Server Console" I have logged in as root access but still see creating a new project option disabled?

Are we missing some step or is there some more license requirement?
we have Datastage,QualityStage,Information Analyzer,Workbench installed.

What you need to do is to create users and assign the roles accordingly. Don't understand why you even use "root" to access the DS?

When you say "use" you actually mean "deploy", yes?

Information Services Director (ISD) is a separately licensed product component (vs. the products you listed).

You're welcome. I would hope you are able to get ISD licensed. Maybe if you ask nicely, they would throw in FastTrack along with your purchase.
