Hi,

We have installed Datastage server with RTI agent and also RTI server,client and RTI console application.But even the web services enabled job option is not enabled and web services table definition in import table definition tab is also disabled.

The critical piece to enable those options is the RTI Agent installation on your ETL server. Everything else just makes sure it all works correctly once they do light up.

The question is - did you license the RTI Agent or just install it? Unforunately, the only way to license it is during the Server install where it will prompt you for that license information. If you did the Agent install separately after the Server, you'll need to go back and repeat the entire Server install just to get the chance to add the RTI Agent authorization code. Yes, it's a PITA but I've been assured by Ascential support that there's no easier way to do it.

If you've already done that - have you verified that the RTI Agent is actually running? It is a separate 'start' command from DataStage and it must be running (as well as licensed) to enable those options.
