Isn't it time that Ascential supported Citrix hosting? Several of us use Datastage offshore between US-UK-India-China and elsewhere. To overcome the lag issues many of us use Citrix. We have had a couple of problems with it which (thanks to DSXCHANGE users) we have overcome. But the attitude of Ascential was 'not supported'. This impacts your biggest clients. Time for a rethink and some R&D devoted to it? I can probably help organise a test site for you in Pune-UK.
