IS user retrieval

Hello:
When configuring users in IS, just like in WAS, do not pull list of users without first allowing the user to specify a filter for users to retrieve or without allowing us to specify a maximum number results to display. Please do this functionality for retrieving the list of users when configuring the users and also when retrieving the users when mapping them.
This is to prevent a wait of up to five minutes for IS to error out on the user list retrievals. This wastes over 10 minutes of time to configure a user.
Note: WAS also errors out when retrieving a large list of users. However, it allows us to specify the filters before the retrieval. Extremely valuable and it doesn't waste time.
