The stage settings should be able to modified and stored in the Globals project. These settings are related to transaction counts, username variables, password variables, NLS settings, delimeters, etc... Anything that can be specified or set in a stage should be able to be changed in Globals project and when that stage is added to any job in any project it should inherit those settings.
