Password Management in Information Server

I would like to have password structure rules, password expiry and enforcement of password change available when one chooses not to map Information Server user IDs onto LDAP user IDs.

In addition -
Password should be consisting of alphanumeric.
Password should not be same as that of the administrator password.
Other useful features.
