It exists. Select them all, right click and choose Clear Derivation.

In transformer it is possible but it would be helpful if we cah have something to remove the derivation for the columns in a database stage. its too difficult to manually delete all the derivation when the number of columns in the table is too large.

Click the first. Scroll down. Shift-Click the last. That selects all of them. Then press the Delete key. Respond to the "are you sure?" dialog.
