Premium content not visible

Hi,

I recently upgraded to a premium membership. I purchased 1 year premium membership. So just want to know how this works.

When will I be able to see the premium contents?

I have sent a couple of emails to the given email ids but didn't receive any reply.

I received a purchase confirmation email from Rick.

Order Date: Mon, Jun 9, 2016

Somewhere in the signup it tells you that it takes a couple of days (from memory?) before you are set up. You can look up how long it says but if you signed up like an hour ago, just wait it out. If its been longer than their time window, then you can try to get some support.

Edit ... June 9 is too long ago. You need help from a site admin.

Thanks for the response. I had written to membership.director, but still no response.

Apprecaite if someone in the admin or support help.

I wonder what volume of "new business" is coming in, here? Maybe someone would like to volunteer to help out? haha

Arun,

Did you even read Craig's last response? Follow that link and the admin gives his phone number and asks people to text him directly.

Did you do that?
