So in the future if anyone reads this thread, my post will look like I'm typing jibberish.....again. For a second there I thought that YES sampled the quote from the movie. Actually this may sound good.... "Hello. My Name Is Inigo Montoya. You Killed My Father. Prepare to Die" <insert Old ...

I'll take the compliment that if I'm being strange, at some point, I must have come off as normal.
The quotes are from the same flick (Princess Bride). Did the group "YES" use them or something? YES was a bit before my time.

Another way you could do it is using the SUBSTITUTE function, which will change any strin...

I marked this as a work around, because it was a question about preference, not a direct technical question that can be resloved. I wanted to do this before it slid off into oblivion. If anyone has a strong opinion either way, please PM me, unless posting is still possible. Thanks to everyone who sh...

Upgrade to Commerce Mngr (Trading Mngr) 8.1 with TX 7.5??
My shop is currently at DS TX 7.5 and Commerce Manager 7.6, using Oracle 9I. We are expecting an upgrade to Oracle 10I, in which Commerce Manager 7.6 is not compatible with, but Trading Manger 7.7 (The next upgrade from Commerce Manager 7.6) is. On top of that, we would also at the same time, like t...

Re: SOLVED!
I have found the solution. field that has extra comma as part of data should be in double quotes. In Type Designer, select property of the field, and go to TYPE SYNTAX and use initiator/terminator and value to be " (quotes). I tried, and it kept the comma as part of data. Yeah, well if you're ...

Um...no.
Jim handed it out, hence, "Jim's hand out."
I don't have the softcopy, so if you really, really, really want one, I'll scan it and upload it.
But you're kidding, right?
